After many design ideas, Groundhog Equipment was founded in 2021 on a small farm in Central Pennsylvania. It has been family owned and operated since this time, building from a small one-man business to the success it is today. Headquarters remains on this small family farm with founder and CEO, Nicholas Hackenberg, closely overseeing all operations to ensure high quality customer care and satisfaction.

We do! We outsource our shipping to include a few different companies. We price compare for you and line everything up for you, while getting you the best rate possible from reputable companies.
They are primarily manufactured in China. We complete the final assembly here in Middleburg, PA. We use the best quality names we can, like Kubota, Briggs and Stratton, Parker, and Eaton.
